Return and Refund Policy

Each Bearwatch Systems electric fence comes with a best sleep satisfaction guarantee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your item is broken or defective, please email us within 7 days from the delivery date at info@bearwatchsystems.com so we can make it right!

Returns must be in working order with all parts; normal campsite scuffs are okay.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 business days from receiving the product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end.
